Owners or immediate family may occupy their condominiums for up to 45 days per calendar year. Hotel occupancy produces the income for condominium owners and high occupancy is the key to a strong rate of return on investment. Nightly room rates will range from US $200 - US $300. Belize Legacy Resort is a revenue producing entity seeking the highest returns for our condominium owners. The management team will produce maximum revenues by utilizing the skills of an experienced group of hotel professionals with a long list of impressive contacts, an upgraded suite product, first-class amenities and activities, controlled expenses and well-trained employees who provide superb service. The maximum return on investment to the owners is the primary concern of Legacy Group Management Company. Investors who purchase a condominium at Belize Legacy Resort will be issued one share of Belize Legacy Resort Limited, representing the ownership of their individual condominium. If you choose to sell your condominium at any time, you will transfer the share representing your condominium to the new buyer. The Government of Belize accesses a Stamp Duty Tax of 3% of the sales price for the transfer of the share. The owners of the condominiums will become members of the Belize Legacy Resort Homeowner's Association when all shares of the Company are issued to the respective owners upon completion of construction. Opportunities and responsibilities of the owners are outlined in the 'Articles of Association.' Condominium owners will each sign an agreement to put their suite in a rental pool managed by The Legacy Group Managment Company for a period of seven years. Owners may sell their condominium at any time. One share will be issued for each condominium. Belize Legacy Resort will consist of 66 shares.
