Since its establishment, the employees have always been a significant contributing factor to the concept of smooth business procedures and good customer service. To date, the employment of 390 permanent employees, 66 management staff and 28 temporary employees have greatly contributed to the improvement of the standard of living in Belize. This characterizes our employees, whose productive outputs are defined in the diverse operational functions of: Finance, Human Resources, Management Information Accounting, Inventory, Training, Security, Strategy and Business Development, Marketing, Website Development, Public Relations, Retail and Corporate Sales, Network and Data Services, Information Technology, Planning and Engineering, Mobile Services, Credit Control, Database Administration, Customer Service Deliver and sale and rental of customer premise equipment such as PrePaid cards, telephones and accessories, computers and all other telephone related products. As the leading service provider of telecommunications in Belize, the Company has positioned itself to meet the needs of every customer throughout the country. BTL has 14 Customer Service Centers located in key areas within Belize.
