Description:	Grumpy and Happy Villa is a 6000 square foot VILLA that is divided into three totally separate and independent units. It sports a very large and 10 foot deep pool that is private to the Villa. Cable TV in every room, air conditioning, telephone and so much more. The Villa is located 1.4 miles south of town (measured by GPS), and 352 yards from the best beach in San Pedro ( also measured by GPS). It is the last house on a quiet residential street. Right next door is a beautiful green belt. LOTS of birds, iguanas and other interesting wildlife right next to you. It is only a minute's walk from the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. The Villa is located about 1 mile south of town near restaurants and Grocery stores. It is one and a half blocks from the best beach in San Pedro Each Villa is beautifully furnished featuring local art and beautiful wood working. The units can be rented separately or together in any combo! The house is of state-of-the-art Styrofoam construction with concrete reinforcement to ensure reduced noise transmission from room to room and unit to unit.
