Mr. Escalante is an experienced banker who was licensed by the International Financial Services Commission as a Registered Agent previously. He has thirty-years banking experience, and has held a variety of senior managerial positions with Barclays Bank PLC in such countries as Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Netherland Antilles, Barbados, and Belize.
Mr. Emil Arguelles is Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland in Belize and a practicing Attorney in Belize. He is the founder of Arguelles & Co., a Law Firm specializing in Corporate Law, Real Estate, Litigation, Criminal Law, Tax and Intellectual Property. He provides services as Legal Advisor to several distinguished organizations in Belize. Mr. Arguelles has held positions as Attorney at Law at Glenn D Godfrey & Co. LLP, and as Crown Counsel in the Director of Public Prosecutions Office in Belize City. He is a Member of the Belize Bar Association; the English based International Bar Association, the Belize Offshore Practitioners Association and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
