The Bellevue Hotel is situated on Belize City harbor. It was originally built as a family home in the early 1900s, the site being selected for its proximity to shops, government offices and other fine residences, and the direct access afforded by the harbor to the cayes. Today, almost a century later, that home has been operated as a hotel by our family for nearly forty years.
The Bellevue is still run very much like a home, with attention to detail and personalized service being our watchwords. Over the years we have catered to dignitaries, diplomats, businessmen, vacationers and even the royal family. All our rooms have individually controlled air conditioning, 55 channel cable TV, phone, bath or shower, and room and valet services.
